Grant by Sir William de Blount, knight, lord of Belton in Roteland, to Walter Baret of Belton of 1 place with buildings lying in the vill of Belton, between the place of John, son of Philip, and that of Radulphus de Warde; to hold this place for his whole life from me and from my heirs at a rent of 2s. 8d. paid at four times during the year, videlicet at Michaelmas, 8d.; at the feast of St. Andrew the Apostle, 8d.; at the feast of the Annunciation, 8d.; and at the Nativity of St. John the Baptist, 8d. Given at Belton in January on the feasts of SS. Fabian and Sebastian, 16 Edward son of king Edward.
